123rd Tambo Valley Cup

Gates open 11.30am. Prepare for an exciting and packed program, including:
  • six races starting from 1pm
  • the historic Tambo Valley Picnic Cup at 3:10pm
  • on-course bookmakers' betting
  • Lions Club catering: sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ sausages, donuts, tea, coffee, sweets, soft drinks, water – all proceeds go to a good cause
  • licensed bar
  • gourmet local food
  • Fashions on the Field – women's, men's, and children's contests
  • Ricky's Rooster Crow competition
  • entertainment for the kids, including supervised Kelly Sports, a jumping castle, face-painting, fairy floss, and more
  • Britz Camper Holiday Competition worth $2,450; entry on Country Racing Victoria website
  • finish your day with live music and a carnival atmosphere at Swifts Creeks' award winning Albion Hotel on Sunday night

Memberships

  Annual memberships are $70 per person. Memberships help provide ongoing funding for the Tambo Valley Racing Club.

Membership benefits include free gate entry for the annual Picnic Races, free race book, and all inclusive entry to the Sponsors' Pavillion for a sit down lunch and drinks.

Membership tickets can prepurchased via the Club Secretary, or may be purchased at the gate on race day.

  A range of souvenir merchandise is available for purchase on race day. Contact the Club Secretary for details or to purchase merchandise at other times.
